Once the order has been processed and you have received a confirmation email with a confirmed order you can’t cancelled the order .

Before and exchange our team inspect the product send to our office , you have to take care , items must be returned in their original form .

4) Product , Unworn , Unstained , Unused,Unwashed , No animal or pet hair .

5) All tags attached , no smells other than natural product oders. (perfume ..)

6) With our form exchange in the box .

If The item received is not in good condition ,we will return the item back without exchange.

Time For exchanges:

Once You receive you’re product and the size it’s wrong (too big or too small ) you have 5 business Days from the date received For exchange .

The exchange item will be send once we received the package and inspect it .(

Fee For exchanges :

The costumer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from destinations

Once exchange is received and accept we will invoice you for the returns fee .

After ,You can track the status of your returned item via the shipping company you chose.
